Our Team

Denise E. LaCour

Managing Director

Ms. LaCour, through her company Denico Development Co., oversees all development, deal structuring and financial matters at Denstock LLC. Ms. LaCour has more than 45 years of experience developing multifamily, retail, office and hotel properties. She currently has ownership in 15 multifamily projects totaling 2,308 units that she has developed, the vast majority of which were financed through the HUD 221(d)(4) program. Prior to forming Denico, Ms. LaCour held development, executive, and investment positions at Morgan Stanley and The Kessler Group. She holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Robert F. Stockhausen, Jr.

Member

Mr. Stockhausen heads land and community acquisition for Denstock LLC. As a principal and managing director of the Charlottesville office of Colliers International, he specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial/investment properties, as well as commercial land sales in the Central/Western and Southern Virginia marketplace. Prior to joining Colliers International, Mr. Stockhausen was the managing director and a principal of the CBRE Charlottesville LLC office. Mr. Stockhausen holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a B.A. from Hampden Sydney College, and an M.Ed. from the University of Virginia’s Curry School of Education.

David W. Granville

Mr. Granville is a partner in Denstock LLC projects. As Vice President of Denico Development Co., the exclusive development company for Denstock, he is responsible for the successful execution of Denstock projects from development through stabilization. Throughout each project’s lifecycle, Mr. Granville is the primary point of contact for investor relations. Since joining the firm, Denico has developed nine multifamily projects totaling 1,574 units all financed through the HUD 221(d)(4) program. Prior to joining Denico Development Co., Mr. Granville held development, analytical and investment positions at Union Realty Partners, Inc., San Francisco Sentry and Banc of America Securities, LLC. He holds a B.A. from Hamilton College.
